hello there im very new to this game and have been having a good read as to the equipment required and good practice to start brewing. i was just wondering if anyone has any good tips for a first brew as to the type of ale thats easy to make ( iam a fan of pale, golden ones not dark ones) or did anyone make any fundamental errors on their first time that i should try and avoid???any help or tips would be greatly appreciated as i think this would be an interesting and tasty hobby to get into. cheers all:confused:

Buy a kit.

Most of them have very good directions.

Allow yourself a good 6 hours of time for the first batch.

Sanitize, sanitize, sanitize.

good luck
