So I had planed on brewing a hefe tomorrow. I made a starter on Tuesday with washed white labs hefe IV yeast. Well something came up and I will not be able to brew tomorrow. So here is my question how long will the starter be good. If I am not able to brew until next week sometime should I just decant and make a new starter. Any help and I will be great full. This is the first starter I have done

Refrigerating your starter for a week will be no problem. Let warm up to RT on brew day. I have used starters refrigerated for about a month (not a best practice!) and fermentation took off in <12 Hours.

Put your starter in the fridge, and it should be ready to go as long as you brew in the next week or so. Warm it up on brew day, decant, and pitch.
