Its been a year since ive made cider and I was checking out my supplies.
Im low on camden tablets and yeast nutrient.

Ive noticed that my favorite home brew places seem not to have camden tablets (morebeer and austinehomebrew). These are the tablet I used last time to kill of the natural yeast in the cider.
Is there a nother name for it?

Also, they do have yeast nutient. Byt they have a lot of kinds. I last used the type that you add a teaspoon per galloon in the fermenter. I assume that is ok compared to some of the fancier ones they have that you add during last of the boil. Which I wouldnt do anyway for cider.

thanks for any info
