A couple of jars of my washed yeast that were in the very back and upper rack of my garage fridge have frozen! Is my Nottingham and Pacman yeast good to just thaw out and use or are they goners?

Agreed. i used two jars of washed yeast that had previously frozen on two different batches, and both went south.

Make a starter with it. There are many threads on this forum about frozen yeast that was still viable and worked just fine after a starter was made with it.
