To start, I am a noob. I also want to try this beer that is supposed to be great for hop-heads. That aside, I put "Dude's" Pliny clone into BeerSmith (which I am really new at using) and converted it from AG to PG. I only have a mini-cooler that can do about 1.5gallons of water in it to do my partial mash. My pot is a 3 gallon. Both of these pieces of equipment have worked well for other PG recipes.

Does this recipe look right to any of you that may have experimented with the PG version of Pliny? Feel free to post other PM recipes for Pliny, please!

One last thing, if this recipe is correct... what would be the water temp and time for the mash in my cooler?
