Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary (A No-Kill Shelter) is putting on their third annual Beer and Biscuits event.

"Beer & Biscuits is BACK!
Whether you love beer, wine, cheese, desserts or all of the above, Stadium View (1963 Holmgren Way, Green Bay) is the place to be on Saturday, March 9, 2012. From 6-10 p.m. that night, Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary will host its 3rd annual Beer & Biscuits event with all proceeds going to benefit the 225 cats and dogs (and one pot-bellied pig) living at the area’s only true no-kill facility in Northeast Wisconsin.
Anyone 21 years of age and older is encouraged to attend and taste brews and wines offered by Titletown Brewing Company, Hinterland, 3 Sheeps Brewing Company, Captain’s Walk, Parallel 44 and Ridgeview Liquor. Guests will also sample desserts from Bake My Day and Great Harvest Bread Company, as well as Italian cheeses from BelGioioso Cheese.
There will be much more for partygoers to indulge in. Participants will have the opportunity to win a new grill with a cooler full of meat, or a wheelbarrow stocked with a variety of adult beverages. A silent auction will feature many unique items, and there will be 50/50 and paddle raffles to provide attendees with additional opportunities to win big. Dayton Kane of KISS-FM will emcee the event, which will feature music all night long.
Pets will need to be left at home, but they will not be left out. Treats from Two Paws Up Pet Bakery & Family Pet Food Center will be on hand to take home so your furry friends can have some tasting fun, too.
Event capacity is 600, and tickets are being sold on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Green Bay Adoption Center (2065 Holmgren Way) for just $15. (The Adoption Center is open to the public from 6-8 p.m. Monday-Friday and 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.) If tickets haven’t sold out before the event, they can be purchased at the door for $20. "
