This is a variation of Goat Scrotum Ale from Joy of Home Brewing. It's my first batch ever and I thought I'd share the recipe.

Fairy Penguin Porter 12/28/10

Recipe:
7 lbs. Light lme
½ lb. Chocolate Malt
¼ lb. Black Patent Malt
¼ lb. Roasted Barley
1 lb. Crystal Malt 60L
½ c. Brown Sugar
4 tbs. Dark cocoa powder
1 ½ oz. Cascade hops (8.6%)
½ oz. Willamette hops (4.5%)
¾ c. Corn Sugar (for bottling)

Does this fairy god-penguin you speak of wear a tutu, by chance?

I'm just asking...because without some type of base malt/extract...it is going to be one ugly ballerina of a beer.

Lol yes. I used 7 lbs. pale lme. I copy pasted the recipe from my write up, must have missed the first line. I'll edit the original post
