Has/ does anyone use a gravity fed drip irrigation system? If so what size of supply tank, main lines and drip lines have you used also the lengths? Is there a good website for info on this? Also during the average summer (Midwest) what kind of water demands/ frequency do hops require?

water demands really depend on the weather. generally i water 2x a week really deep with my established plants but with a new plant it might be as often as every other day. you don't want the roots to stay wet but not dry out totally either. i have a very sandy soil mixed 50/50 with composted horse manure.

when you find out about the gravity feed system let me know since i'll be doing that this year with all my cooling water going into my reservior tanks as well as roof run-off.
