This is on deck for this weekend's brewing. I'm back in class so I need something quick and easy.

6.6 # Wheat extract
1 oz. Tett (60 min)
US-05
21 oz. cherry pie filling (pureed) (mainly for color, some flavor)
2-4 oz. cherry extract at kegging

pie filling eh? wouldn't use the stuff myself for various reasons. I do remember reading the posts of one guy on here who has used pie fillings to make mead with good results. let us know how it turns out, I love a good fruit wheat beer.

bringing an old post back from the dead. How did this turn out? I was just looking at some canned pie fillings at the grocery store yesterday. Ingredients: fruit, sugar and water. Sounds like it would make good beer to me.
