11 lbs. of Pearl Thomas Fawcett Pale Malt (Mash)
.5 lbs. of British Crystal 50-60L (Mash)
.5 lbs. of Biscuit (DeWolf-Cosyns) (Mash)
.13 lbs. of Melanoidin (Mash)

.75 oz. (21.3g) of Magnum (14%) boiled for 60 minutes.
1 oz. (28.3g) of Nugget (13.5%) boiled for 15 minutes.
.5 oz. (14.2g) of Cascade (6%) boiled for 1 minutes.
.5 oz. (14.2g) of Nugget (13.5%) boiled for 0 minutes.
.5 oz. (14.2g) of Magnum (14%) boiled for 0 minutes.


Mash Schedule:
Add 3.79 gallons of water at 173 F to raise mash to 154 F.
Total mash volume with grains is 4.73 gallons.
Sparge with 2.74 gals.
Boil 5.01 gallons in Kettle to yield 4 Gallons wort.

Additions:
1 tsp. Irish Moss; boil 15 mins.
1/2 tsp WYEAST Yeast Nutrient; boil 15 mins.

Chill to 68degF. and Pitch 1 packet Safale S-05

Ferment in Primary for a couple weeks at terminal gravity Dry Hop for one week with 1/2 oz each Magnum, Nugget, & Cascade whole hops.

Prime with corn sugar and bottle.

Tasting notes to follow when beer is matured
 
SN Torpedo is all about the Citra hops. They weren't making it for a while because they couldn't get anymore Citra. Without the Citra, it isn't a SN Torpedo
 
Hence the "Rough clone" in the title. I guess it is "very rough" and all references to Torpedo shall be romoved. Sorry.

Edit: Unfortunately I am unable to edit subject title to remove Torpedo reference.
