Iv'e had a stout in the bottle about a week and thought i would try one.

Only used one carbonation drop in a 750ml bottle as i thought it would be more appropriate to have less fizz.

However in hindsight I would have like a little bit more.

Can I open bottles and add more carbonation or sugar?

The stout was extremely tasty so I don't really want to wreck it over a few bubbles!

Any thoughts?

Give them another week before you try it. If you do want to add more carbonation, use drops, as any attempt to use corn sugar or any other granular primer will result in major foaming.
