So I was attempting a scaled down black ipa (2.5 g) and I messed up the scaling, I didn't use the scaling function I just changed the batch size. So my OG is 1.062 vice 1.100.
Any way to salvage or just let it ride? Thanks! I haven't pitched yet.
I mashed with too much water, only the fly was adjusted it appears in brew smith. Word to the wise, use the scale function as intended!
What seems odd is I still got the calcs to show the proper OG. But water under the mash tun now!
