Recommendations for my second brew

Okay, my first brew is in the primary (not even 48 hours in) and I am already thinking about my second batch. The first batch is a blond ale (Fireman 4 clone). My second batch will be another extract brew from AHS, although I see myself going mini-mash very soon.

I am trying to think of a nice fall beer that will compliment a blonde ale...

So what should I brew next?
 
Two days for a starter, two weeks in the primary, two to four weeks in the secondary and two weeks in the bottle. Maybe you should think of a beer that goes well with Turkey.

How about a crisp clean IPA!

To go with turkey? Go with a holiday ale!

And I'd just move to partial mash right now. It's really not any harder than all extract. If you wait, you'll wonder why you did later.
