I am looking for a clone recipe for "Old New Orleans Gingeroo."

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this. I would really like to brew a clone batch of "Old New Orleans Gingeroo."

If any of you have tried this, you know how complex and delicious this stuff is.

If this is not the right forum for this request, I appologize in advance. I am just lookibg for someone to point me in the right direction.

I would brew something like this https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f171/easy-ginger-ale-208888/ and mix it with rum...I haven't had it, but it seems pretty clear that the alcohol is from rum and not fermented ginger beer.
