I am considering an electrical brewing setup very simple. I was wondering if this was worth a crap or should I just go a different route.

In a nut shell I want a pot to hold say 7 - 8 gallons of water to a striking temp, than I would transfer to an igloo type mash tun and then probably relocate the heating element to the boil pot after sparging.

You'd be able to do it cheaper yourself and would have the benefit of using a much higher power element (dependent of course on your brew area's power situation).

Thanks for the tip Psych. It looks like this can help me get to all grain brewing allot cheaper and thus faster.
