I can't seem to find a recipe for either of these elixirs from across the pond. Anyone out there had any luck cloning either of those?

6.6 lb Pale Malt Extract

1oz Goldings for 10 min
Wyeast 1084 smacker to do the deed

It's pronounced Smith-icks. They don't pronounce the 'W'.
I got corrected at one pub after a week of pronouncing it wrong.
