Thought this was the best forum for this- but anybody here have an herb garden?

My Cilantro is now showing corriander seeds. I've never been interested in them before, but after having recently done a few beers with them, I'm keen to harvest and dry them.

Wikipedia says to just dry them in the sun... but curious how to know they are ready/ripe for picking?:mug:

Wait until the pod is dry, brown and starting cracking open. Keep your eye on them as it's usually a close call between the seeds being "green" and when they're ripe and ready to fall out of the pod.
