So my ramco controller died and I have another one being shipped. Because of that, I have been running my freezer for 3 hours when I get home from work and thats it. I dont know what the temp of the beer is; but the air temp will vary from 20c to 40c in my freezer (no way the liquid is changing that fast; air is so sensitive).
Am I screwed on this beer? Ive got a few more weeks of lagering before its done. Any thoughts?
