So I can drink milk and eat cheese fine, I don't usually have a whole lot though, but when I drank give milk stouts I got sick. So, my question is if there is a substitute for lactose that will make a sweet stout? Thanks in advance. Oh and I don't have a keg so stopping fermentation isn't an option at this time.
So i think I'm lactose intolerant but i like milk stout.
