Hey first post! I was doing a mini mash and added way to much water ( doing a 3.5 gallon batch but made it a 5 😫).

My question is can I rack my beer Ito a secondary and add more malt extract to that do a second fermentation. Thanks guy for the input
 
Btw I would have added more malt extract, but I have to order some online, so I would arrive just in time for secondary.

You actually should add the DME after you boil it in as little water as possible in the primary where the yeast is, if you add it to secondary there may not be enough yeast to fully ferment it:)
