Hello,

I've serached but haven't found one yet. Looking for a partial mash or extract clone of Brooklyn's East India IPA. Any out there have a recipe or ideas? If you do, I'd be veyr thankful if you'd share.
Thanks

The Brooklyn website has some details to send you in the right direction:

British Pale Malt to 1.068

Hopped with EKG, Willamette, Centennial, Northdown, and Amarillo.

Fermented to 6.8% ABV (which puts the FG around 1.017)

Hope that helps.

Thanks Oldsock. I ended up making a PM Sierra Nevada Pale Ale clone instead. Should be delicious.
