I ordered a Coopers complete brewing kit for the fermenter. The only question I was left with was what to do with the tin of Lager malt extract that comes with the kit?

1 can Coopers Lager
3 lbs. Wheat Dry Malt Extract
2 tbsp Corriander (to be cracked with rolling pin or bottle)
1 oz. Sweet Orange Peel
1 packet Safbrew T-58

Method:
Bring 4 liters of water to boil.
Remove from heat and add Wheat DME, cracked Corriander & Orange Peel.
Return to boil and boil 20 minutes.
Add tin of Coopers Lager at flame out.
Stir all together and cool.
Dump cooled wort into fermenter and fill to 21 liters.
Pitch yeast at 70 to 72 fahrenheit.

Bottled after 2 weeks in Primary. Spent 2 weeks in bottle and it is the only brew I have made that the wife loves.
