With beertools Pro, I'm trying to set up my mashing/sparge schedule.

When I put in the mash, it calculate water/grain volume and how much wort I can pull off. BUT, I cant figure out a way to actually "transfer" that volume to my pot before adding the sparge step.

The only way I can do it in this program is do the mash, and then do the sparge and collect all the runnings together.

What I'm trying to do is set it up so that I
1) Mash
2) Collect all the runnings from the mash
3) Sparge
4) Collect all the runnings from the sparge.

How do I do this? For the life of me I cant find a way to do the second step.
