That really doesn't tell you much about how the water is for brewing (besides the fact that you won't be making arsenic laced beer...) You need to either get more detailed info from the town water facility or send your water in to be tested to http://www.wardlab.com/
(which is what I did)

Calcium
Magnesium
Bicarbonate
Sulfate
Chloride
Sodium

Then you can use some of the easy online tools to adjust it for style, such as the spreadsheet at the bottom of this page http://www.howtobrew.com/section3/chapter15-3.html

Thanks I saw all the tools, just didn't know if I had the right information....off the top of your head do you remember the pricing on that test?
 
I think you are right MrSalty, I called the village yesterday and he said they get the water from Chicago and he is going to mail me a copy of the Chicago report and it sounded like it had everything I needed on it. Now I just have to play with the calculators.
