How does this sound...

14 lbs pale malt
1 lb roast barley
1 lb chocolate
2 oats or flaked barley??
.5 lb 80L
.75 lb 120L
.5 Special B

Perhaps an S-05 cake (dry is fine for this??)

I haven't nailed the hops schedule yet, but it will be 50 ibus or so thanks to some combination of Cluster, Goldings, and Williamette, any or all.

Sounds great. Dry yeast is fine.

However, I would do more than 50 IBUs. I didn't plug this into Beer Smith, but you'll probably be around 1.080 - 1.090 right? If so, you will find it very malty and with that many specialty malts it may seem unbalanced. I would aim for and IBU/SG ratio of .7 to .8 or so.

If you are planning to age it for 6 months (great idea) you should do more hops. It will be hard to make it too bitter as it will subside over time. If it starts too malty it will only get maltier and sweeter.

Great, thanks. Yes, it would be 1.099, so I would let it sit for quite a bit. I plan to brew a couple of other stout variations to hold me in the mean time!! I like stouts, btw.
