How close are most of these recipes to the real thing?

I and loading these recipes into Promash and just wondered what criteria BYO used to publish these recipes.

The ones I am looking at are the following

Abita Turbo Dog - local to me.
Beamish Stout
Bell Best Brown
Full Sail Amber
Cambridge Amber
Artic Red
Afican Amber
alaskan Amber
Tommyknocker Imperial Nut Brown
Carolina Nut Brown
Fullers Porter
Fullers ESB

Can you tell which style I like??

Any comments will be appreciated

I have had mixed results... They are a starting point, but vary.

I have brewed many from "Beer Captured" by the Szamatulski's... very good recipes, and the Fullers London Porter is very, very close to the real thing!

I too have had mixed results, but they get you in the ball park and are a good place to start.
