What size should I drill the holes in the manifold of my cooler mash ton ?
I am thinking of 1/8'' but I wanted to make sure that was not to big or to small.

This is what I have so far, it is Pex.

I used a ss braibed sleave from a cut flexible water line but if there on the bottom i think u can go bigger or cut straight slots the width of like a sawzall or hacksaw blade.I tried it before i got the braided line good luck i didnt have the patience for all those cuts!:(

I did horizontal cuts with a circular saw. I'm guessing they are about 1/8" wide.

I'd also put two more cross bars on the manifold to shorten the distance the wort has to travel to reach a hole (reduces the the risk of short circuiting of your sparge water).
