Prepared my yeast starter on Saturday with the intention of brewing on Sunday. Unfortunatly that didn't work out and I am looking at brewing this coming weekend. The starter is in the frig covered with aluminum foil. I should be able to bring it up to room temp and decant and still use the yeast correct?

Yeah you'll be fine. You'll probably notice a lag of 12-24 hours before you see any signs of activity.
