I tasted a Fuller's London Pride clone I just did and it seemed just a little sweet and lacking hop aroma/flavor. It's still a pretty good beer, but wasn't quite what I was expecting. I looked at the recipe and I didn't scale the finishing hops correctly. I forgot to double them with the rest of the recipe.

Anyway, is there a way to fix this?

How about a taking the hops I forgot to add and do the french press thing?

You could syphon a gallon of wort back out, boil it for 10 minutes, add the hops the last 3 minutes. Not quite, but should just about get it there.

Boiling the hops for 3 minutes in a quart of water and pressing them is your best approach, but dry hopping will be close.
