I took the Fam to the LHBS with me to get some things to make a CDA. My wife spotted a poster about a CDA contest and pretty much made up my mind as to weather or not I should enter. I have only been brewing about 9mo and went all grain right out of the gate. Here is my question.

I am planing on carbing with priming sugar and kegging. As well as bottling a couple for entry. I usually keg force carb.
When should I bottle for best chance of having a beer thats ready?
