so wondering what the consensus is on this. I've been kegging for quite a few batches. Now I've never chilled the beer before force carbonating. I was reading in a few different places that you should chill the beer before force carbing.

What do you guys do?

I've got good results with carbonation but was wondering if chilling would be better?

Thanks,

I chill first.

Cold beer holds more CO2. If you don't chill first, you run the risk of under-carbonating - BUT, if your system works, why change?:mug:

For the sake of experimentation? :mug:
