Well I couldn't find any New Zealand Hops so I am going to brew a California Common (steam beer) instead. We are having a homebrew competition for Coast Guard Day on August 3rd. My brew partner is making a really great beer called "Fire in the Hole" I will post both recipes later on today. Wish us luck.
Anyone have a good Magic Hat #9 clone? I want to make a batch of it also maybe place it in the competition instead of my Steam Beer depending on how they both turn out.
