Krausen won't fall

Howdy,

This is my first post here, but been reading for a while, excellent resource!

My second All-grain batch has been in the fermentor for a week now and the Krausen hasn't fallen yet.

It's a light scottish ale (1.041 OG). There's no activity in the airlock, and it's done fermenting. FG has been at 1.012 for a couple of days with no change.

Should I be concerned about the foam still on top? If not, should I go ahead and bottle, move to secondary, or let it sit for a while?

Yep. I get thick krausen that over stays it's welcome all the time with my wits. Once you rack it into the secondary, if you're going to harvest that yeast, make sure to swirl that krausen in to the soup below cuz there is a tun of yeast in there.
