Trying to reuse yeast

I moved the beer from pri to sec then used 1 qt of water added it to the turb then put into a 1/2 gallon jug. Now how do i store it?

in a fridge @ closest to 35 deg possible

Do a search for "yeast washing" and that will give you tons of information. I wouldn't just store the whole yeast cake with all the trub.
