After reading through Papazian’s “Sour mash\extract beers…” section I wanted to try brewing a sour beer and was wondering if anyone could share a recipe or suggestions. I took a look through the recipe database, but I didn’t see any extract recipes. I’ve been brewing with pretty good results for over a year, and thought this would be a cool style to try brewing. Any help is greatly appreciated.

go to the lambic and wild section, ie:sour beer, and you'll have much better luck. imo flemish reds are a good place to start and papazian has a recipe for one in the Appendices of joy of homebrewing in the sour mash Appendix.

I completely missed the lambic forum- thanks for the heads up and I’ll check out the flemish reds.
