Nice sweet taste to it
0.5 lb Caramel 20L
0.5 lb Pale Malt- 2row
0.375 lbs Honey Malt
0.25 lbs White Wheat Malt
3.5 lbs Amber Liquid Malt
3.5 lbs Pale Liquid Malt
0.5 oz Sterling (60 mins)
0.75 oz Tettnang (15 min)
0.75 oz Willamette (5 min)

Irish Moss added to help with clarity

This is still in the fermenter, bottling in 2 days, tested two days ago and was at 1.012 fermentation had haulted but letting sit to help with clarity and condition. Tasted when i tested and had a nice sweet taste but not overpowering. A good mild blonde ale

Name comes from another version of this recipe that I made over the summer (without the honey malt and all sterlings) and we were drinking on the lake and when one of my female friends tasted it she responded with a very passionate "This is ****ING amazing" with which we responded, "Thats what she said" and the name was decided.

So finally tried the finished product on this one, Came out pretty good, has a good body to it, not much head retention (but I think we under carbed it a little) nice sweet taste as your drinking it. But no real finish, once you stop drinking it its done, so modified the recipe a little for next time, going to put more sterlings in next time, and switched to a partial mash BIAB and going to try a different yeast strain heres the updated recipe:
