Help! I am fermenting in my 5 gal carboy...

I read how a lot of people like to ferment in glass to watch and what not. All was well this morning. I was doing some reading and it said to do it in a 6+ gal for room. Well a few hours later it was foaming out the top. Am I to just wait this out or is their something I can do?
 
Put towels on the ground? I don't suppose you have Fermcap-S...
 
Yep, blowoff tube. Sounds like you got a pretty good fermentation going on.

As others have said, install a blowoff tube.

Until then, an immediate "fix" would be to put it in the shower or a bathtub. Easier to clean, and you can do that RIGHT NOW!
