I've got a really nice wheat beer that's ready to serve in the keg, but forgot to check the FG. I'd imagine that having C02 dissolved in it would through off the hydrometer reading, but I don't want to let any of it go flat.

I like to know how strong my beer is just so I can warn guests if necessary.
Anyone know how I can determine the specific gravity of the beer?

Oh...Come on now...the 4 oz it takes to fill the sample tube won't kill you to drink it flat. Just make sure that there is no bubbles on your hydrometer by giving it a spin in the tube before taking the reading.

not sure how it affects gravity. But pour a glass, let it get warm and flat, then check it. Or just drink a few and see how you feel.
