I've heard great things about Pacman fermenting at 60* but I'll be fermenting at 70*. I have both yeasts on hand and am wondering which yeast will give a drier less fruity taste in an american ale that is fermented at 70*.
Thanks
-Chris

I would guess Packman its attenuation is higher(dryer beer)But both may put off a little bit of fruity esters at that temp. But go with pacman !!!!!!
