hey all!
how does this recipe look? a few local home brewers are having a standard beer for our next meeting, so we decided on a "dark farmhouse" style beer... and i've never brewed a farmhouse/saison type of beer. so i came up with this from a searches around the internet.
10.5 lbs Franco belgis pale
1lb dark wheat
.5lb chocolate wheat
.5lb corn sugar
Should hit around 1.060 with my system
EKG - .5oz 60
EKG – 1.5oz 15
Fuggles – 1oz 15
EKG – 1oz Flame out
should be a titch under 30IBU and 20 srm
Some sort of a saison yeast or farmhouse yeast. whatever i can find this time of year
