US-05 taking forever to finish?

I made a blonde ale almost a month ago and after much reading decided to leave it in the primary until it was ready to bottle.

Gravity wise it appears to be done, but it is still very very cloudy and when I take a look at it I can see some small chunks moving around (like fermentation is still going on)...

I don't really have the means to cold crash it, but am wondering if I can go ahead and bottle it, or if I should wait until it clears up somewhat.

I cold crash all mine. In your case Gelatin might be the thing to do. Search for how to do so on the forum.
 
I did a light hybrid on the 8th, and it is just now slowing down on the churning. I can't wait for it to begin to drop so I can take a hydro and taste it.
