Enjoy!

Blonde Bombshell based on BM's centennial blonde recipe with all centennial hops. This one is still in primary, to be bottled this weekend.

Rocka Rye Baby, an "American Roggenbier" blending the German style with American Citra hops. I drank one last night after 1.5 weeks in the bottle and it was fantastic. I am giving these out instead of cigars when my son is born in May :mug:

That is my very own blonde bombshell, SWMBO. Took the pic right before a type o negative show a couple years ago.

Very nice! Who is the woman on the Blonde label?

Haha, that blonde on the bottle was an employee of mine up until a few days ago!! I was browsing the doting and stumbled upon this. I was wondering if you were on here pulptastic! I enjoyed the beer offering by the way! I actually just made 10 gallons of the centennial blonde.. did you add extra hops to yours? Seemed to be on the heavy side on the hops per the recipe but still tasted great. My favorite was the rye beer... Shoot me a recipe if you get time.

My wife would kill me if I told her I wanted to put a picture of her on a beer label lol.

Nice! Yeah, I hopped it up quite a bit. Using all centennial, I did FWH for bitterness and 2oz of late additions. Not a huge amount, but big for a blonde.

The rye is my favorite as well. I just brewed another batch this weekend but subbed half the rye for german wheat and subbed vienna for the 2 row. Both recipes linked below.

I don't think I'll get another batch in before the baby is born, but let me know if you're brewing! I can bring my chiller and some brews.

Sweet! I may try that rye recipe. I think I'll brew here in a couple weeks, maybe on the 16th if I don't go to thunder over Louisville. I'm waiting on a 55 lb sack of two row I got in a group buy for 28 bucks which should be here by then.
