Decided to brew an IPA tomorrow after work. I'm going to try a pretty simple recipe:
3gal

7.5 lb pale malt
.5 lb 60L
Nottingham Yeast
3oz of perle hops around 6% aa
and dry hop with amarillo or cascade.

Also Im thinking about mashing around 47 or 49 instead of my usual 53.:mug:

Are we talking minutes or Celsius here? Or is it now fashionable to drop the third place digit in Farenheight?
 
Yeah, I'd do it. The dryness you get from a lower mash temp should be very nice ^_^ Good luck!
