Decided to brew an IPA tomorrow after work. I'm going to try a pretty simple recipe:
3gal
7.5 lb pale malt
.5 lb 60L
Nottingham Yeast
3oz of perle hops around 6% aa
and dry hop with amarillo or cascade.
Also Im thinking about mashing around 47 or 49 instead of my usual 53.
