I just saw the post about a turkey fryer on sale and it got me thinking...
I have a basic single burner AG setup, but for a few dollars, I could get a second burner, which would help me getting my sparge water temp (and quantity) just right, which has been my AG weak segment... (I already have a 4-qt pot from the extract days, and spare propane tank)
Does that make sense, even if I do not want to make a scultpture...?
