I am getting 1 pound of simcoe and 1 pound of amarillo's in pellett form. my question is, if vaccuum sealed, how long will these last in the freezer?:mug:

If you brew right they wont last long..are they in bulk form? can you split them up and re vac them? if so for a long time.at least a year but that just is wrong. IPA's.:rockin:

Oxygen barrier?

Vaccuum sealed?

Frozen?

Well over a year.

well, consider that hops are harvested in the late summer and breweries work year round... Well, you could source just NZ hops after their harvest but I'd bet few do just for freshness reasons.

Vacum pack what you can, freeze, and use a bit more the older they get.

When i use old hops, i'll use brew a style that is malt driven.
