???Wheat Germ to improve head???

This might be a strange newbie question but, I heard somewhere that you can use wheat germ you buy in the grocery store to improve the head in beer. Is there any truth to this and how should it be used?

I have never heard of that. How about just using up to 10% malted wheat instead?

Wheat germ has a high fat content. Fats tend to kill head.

Wheat malt improves head retention.
