I have been trying several barleywines. Two that I really enjoy reapeatedly are the Killer Penguin from Boulder, and the Widdershins from Left Hand Brewing. Being a bit of a n00b yet, I am not if these are American style or not. n any case I would love to brew a barleywine that turned out like one of these two products. Does anybody have any recipes ideas or thoughts about how to proceed with this project
