Welcome from the opposite coast!

Welcome Jared. You and I are in the same boat. I have never brewed a batch in my life.

I know it's been a while, but I want to thank everyone for being so welcoming when I first got started here.

I was looking at these old threads and realized Brad from Beersmith posted and I just wanted to say to Brad, you are my brewing hero. I use beersmith, read all your blogs and watch all your interviews. They are all spectacular. One thing I really appreciate (which some other brew-media names don't do) is get right to the point. I like that I don't have to listen to a lot of unrelated bantering.

Anyhow, thanks and we would love to see you at the California Homebrewer's Festival out here in May.
