Rehydrated my dry yeast about 2 hrs before pitching. Was this too soon? I prepared it correctly. Just not sure on the time is all.
 
I think it's a bit long. Does it not say on your package when to re-hydrate?

I re-hydrate for only 20-30 minutes. You don't need any more time then that. But I don't think it'd hurt it much.
 
Excellent...I tried a bottle tonight after two weeks from being caped. Needs more time, flavor is good. Carbonation I light, head retention is next to not there yet. I feel like it just needs more time.
