So, it appears as though I've finally got my first infection. It was my sixth batch, and the one I've been looking forward to the most - Pecan Scottish Ale.

So, help me out here if you would and let me know what to expect from this. I'll still bottle it, RDWHAHB and wait for it to condition, but I'm hoping it won't affect the taste forever. I haven't tasted it yet, by the way.
FYI: It sat in the primary for 3 weeks today.
